Mauviel has made it possible to have copper cookware in the induction kitchen with the M’6S range.
M’6S has a stainless-steel interior with three layers of internal aluminium for even conductivity and a copper exterior with a magnetic steel base to make it perfect for the induction cooktop.
The high-sided stewpan or cocotte can be used in the same way as a traditional saucepan or used in the oven for slow cooking.
