Known as the \"Nut\" bangle, for its resemblance to a hex nut (although in this case there are seven sides, not six), this hand-forged bangle was designed by Ragnar Hansen for the Norway Plus workshop.
Norway Plus Designs began as an applied arts center in 1958, with Erling Christoffersen in charge of the silver workshop. He and his wife Anna Greta Eker were the chief designers and were joined by Tone Vigland. The silver workshop was closed in the 1970’s.
