The Panto 8 frame uses the \"panto\" shape, the most popular shape of all time.  Round at the bottom and flat at the top, the Panto 8 shape is the best possible shape for progressive lenses, bifocals, and any single vision uses, including sunglasses.  We have this frame made in a family-owned eyewear factory nestled in the Dolomite Mountains of Italy, the birthplace of the world\'s eyewear industry.  

The frame is made with Mazzuchelli zyl, the highest quality material available, used by all top designer brand eyewear manufacturers.  We have carefully chosen thirteen of the richest, most vibrant classic colors, and also three sizes to fit just about any head size or style need.  All frames are hand made with Italian hinges, hand-finished and assembled in Italy.

For centuries, Venetian decorative traditions have influenced the factories of Northern Italy in the Dolomite mountains, and the world\'s highest quality products and craftsmanship can still be found there. 

The overall frame width is 129mm for the 44mm size frame, and 132mm for the 46mm size frame, and 139mm for the 49mm frame.
