This cuff measures 5.5 inches in total length, with a one inch opening. It will best fit up to a 6.75 inch wrist. This style of bracelet is meant to hug your wrist, if you prefer a looser fit, please size up. 

This style of cuff can be adjusted slightly by hand, by opening or squeezing very gently. Once it fits perfect it is best to not adjust repetitively, it should go on and off your wrist without adjusting, constant adjustment can weaken the metal and cause damage to the integrity of the jewelry. The best way to get a cuff on and off is to go to the side of your wrist, and slide it on the most narrow part.
