The ViennaLine brand was founded in the 1950s by Austrian Wilhelm Anger, former founder of Carrera and inventor of the hypoallergenic and lightweight material; Optyl. Anger had the line designed by Udo Proksch, a brilliant and prolific glasses frames designer and the pair quickly created one of the most glamorous retro eyewear fashion houses in Europe.
This new, vintage glasses frame dating back to the 1980\'s is a great example of their design work. Created using Optyl the lightweight, hypoallergenic frame is a brown and caramel translucent shade. A round, oversized frame with a subtle gold VL logo on the temple edges.
This shape of glasses frame is everywhere this season so perfect for updating your style. Wear as is or bespoke them by adding tinted lenses for a unique pair of sunglasses.
