Formulated using a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, our C30+ gels deliver 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate, 200mg of sodium and 75mg of caffeine with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress. This is the only unflavored energy gel that contains 200mg of sodium per gel on the market.
