Description

Interlock is defined by precision and restraint. The repeating geometric pattern locks seamlessly across the body, creating a structured rhythm that feels architectural and deliberate.

Woven entirely using a one-thread technique, every line is formed through exact stitch counting and consistent tension. The addition of metallic thread introduces complexity, as it demands slower weaving and heightened control to maintain uniformity throughout the design.

The circular base features a segmented radial construction, a technically demanding foundation that must be planned from the first stitch. This level of detail leaves no room for correction and highlights the artisan’s skill at its highest level.

Finished with a handwoven strap, drawstring closure, and tassels, Interlock is a refined, collectible piece that showcases craftsmanship through discipline rather than excess.
