• A rare oil native to Morocco, Argan is highly valued for its nutritive, beautifying and medicinal properties. In ancient times the Berbers of Morocco would collect the oil for use in cosmetics. Argan oil contains tocopherols (vitamin E), phenols, carotenes, squalene, and essential fatty acids.

• Amino acids are the basis of proteins that make up hair. These include serine, threonine, valine, arginine, aspartic acid, alanine, proline, isoleucine, phenylalanine and histidine.
