GOZNEY° was created by Tom Gozney, and this video covers his journey from a reckless kid, to aspiring chef, to founder & CEO of one of the biggest outdoor appliance brands on the planet today.

GOZNEY° started by Tom building his own wood-fired pizza ovens to cook pizzas in, and when his friends started asking him to make one for them. As Tom says at the end of this video \"Our mission at Gozney is to change the way the world cooks outdoors!\"

Delivery of GOZNEY° Products

GOZNEY° ovens & their pizza-making accessories can be purchased in person at our Boise, ID showroom, or we also offer delivery to any location within the contiguous US (currently for free on orders of $499+ for a very limited time!). Larger ovens ship via palletized freight, and we always include a lift gate to get the oven off the truck. Freight deliveries also include pre-delivery notification by the carrier before the delivery day. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Regardless of shipping method used, you will receive tracking details via email within 2-3 business days of ordering. (See full shipping details here.)

GOZNEY° Oven Care & Maintenance

For cleaning the exterior of the oven, it is important to make sure that the oven has cooled down first. Then, use a non-caustic cleaning spray free of bleach to remove any dirt or stains. (Avoid abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend.) Finish by wiping the area with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or non-abrasive dish cloth, followed by drying with paper towels.

An effective method for cleaning the interior of the oven is to incinerate any food residue or soot. Once the temperature of the oven reaches 650˚F, allow to stay at that temperature for 180 minutes to effectively remove any burnt-on food.
