Our line of high quality sharpening stones is made in collaboration with a respected manufacturer in Kyoto, Japan. These medium-hard stones work well with all steel types including Aogami super and harder powdered blends like R2. They are fast cutting, meaning you can sharpen quickly and effectively and require minimal flattening.
This #1000 / #4000 stone is a great all-in-one stone with medium grit on one side and fine grit on the other.
Dimensions: 205mm x 65mm x 35mm (8.1\" x 2.6\" x 1.4\"H)
Soak in water for 5 minutes before using.
