The \"Our Origin\" lesbian pendant was created as a nod to the Island the Lesbos (which yes, is a real place).
Our times\' greatest lesbian is the great poet Sappho, who was born on the island of Lesbos in Greece and the place in which the word \"lesbian\" was derived.
This one-of-a-kind piece combines the guiding strength of a compass with the historic significance of the nautical star in the lesbian community. In the 50\'s and 60\'s lesbians tattooed nautical stars inside their wrists as a secretive way of signaling their queer identity.
Unique to this design, our directions are North, East, West and of course, Lesbos.
