HOT ! Llongevity 100% Hemp Tea Towel - Spring Stripe Leno Lace - Hand Dyed Handwoven

Llady Llama is now offering limited Dyer-Woven items like this beautiful 100% hemp kitchen towel. What does it mean to be Dyer-Woven? To us, it means that from dyepot to loom to wet finishing and hemming, Kelli (Llady Llama owner and dyer) personally handcrafted this special towel in the hopes that it will bring joy and a little magic to someone\'s life.

This towel was handwoven in plain weave on a rigid heddle loom using a combination of natural undyed and hand dyed Llongevity 3-ply hemp yarn. The yarn was used doubled in both the warp and the weft. There is an openwork leno lace detail on either side of the towel. This towel is thick, absorbent and generously sized. Would also make a great runner for a small table.

Hems have been securely sewn with 100% cotton thread. Edges of the hem are hand sewn while the length of the hem is machine sewn. Both before and after hemming this item has been machine washed in warm water with professional textile detergent and machine tumble dried on low with dryer balls before being steam ironed.

Great for the upcoming gift-giving season! This item is wrapped in natural colored tissue paper and sealed with a Llady Llama sticker prior to shipping. No additional gift-wrapping is necessary! Care instructions:Wash with like colors. Machine wash warm and tumble dry low. Removing when slightly damp and steam ironing will give a crisper look if desired. Hanging to dry out of direct sunlight will extend the life of your handwoven towel.
