Snuggly sofa cushions in warm yellow // FRIEDL

Both soft and tactile, this cushion made of wool and linen has a very special minimalist elegance. The natural tone of the linen harmonises with the warm yellow of the soft new wool. Closed by a shimmering golden brass zipper, the yellowish color spectrum of this cushion cover is reminiscent of warm autumn days in cornfields, of the shimmering sun of a shimmering late summer day.

We named this classic beauty after Fried Dicker, who studied at the Weimar Bauhaus, loved drawing and designed imaginative marionettes for the theatre. The colors of this cushion are reminiscent of the brownish-yellow tones of her drawing paper, which was of great value to her.

Friedl belongs to our VELLUTO collection, whose velvety warm colors in yellow, green and blue tones with lots of wool and linen offer a smooth transition from the warm to the cooler seasons and vice versa.

This understatedly elegant cushion goes with almost all sofas, but we particularly prefer it on brownish, beige and bluish covers. It goes wonderfully with our cushions with bluish silk, with the soft rosé wool from VIVIAN and the strong petrol-green from OTILIJA and JAKOB .

Each of our individual cushions is handcrafted with great care in our Berlin studio. We only use high quality natural materials.

FILLING CUSHION

The filling cushions are produced in Germany, have a cotton lining (Öko-Tex Standard 100) and are filled with feathers. Since our cushion covers are tailored precisely to these filling cushions, we recommend ordering them directly. They have a particularly strong padding and thus guarantee that our covers fit perfectly.
