HOT ! Naniwa Natural Leather Knife Strop IU-1100

Use this product for finishing to obtain the finest long-lasting sharpness. The smooth leather on the surface of the strop can neatly remove the minute burrs that form on the edge of the knife (called Kaeri in Japanese), resulting in a very sharp edge. It is most effective when used after a finishing whetstone.

• Stropping is not sharpening - Use one direction only. Moving the blade back and forth like in sharpening can damage the leather surface


• The backing material is very soft - For the best results, use a slightly shallow angle than your target bevel angle.


• Be advised that the top and bottom leather surface has packaging marks. These are superficial only and do not affect performance.
