In the year 1368, as the Ming Dynasty rose to power, a revolutionary tea was born in the dusty crossroads of Jingyang, Shaanxi. Fu Brick Tea has deep roots in Chinese history. It began during the Ming Dynasty, around 1368, in Jingyang, Shaanxi province. Along the dusty trails of the ancient Silk Road, a unique currency traveled on camel backs. It wasn\'t gold or silk, but a dense, dark brick of tea that supported empires and fed nomadic cultures.
