This single cultivar Samidori ceremonial grade matcha is meticulously crafted in the Uji region of Kyoto by our trusted partners, a multi-generational, award-winning father-and-son team.
Made from hand-picked, first-flush tea leaves, the plants are shaded for over 40 days under a double-layer canopy to develop depth and complexity. Traditionally stone-ground, this premium Japanese matcha is exceptionally smooth and well-balanced, with a gentle umami and a clean, lingering finish.
