This vintage 2015 raw Pu-erh is a dome-shaped compressed tea with a hollow middle.  Apart from its complex flavour profile, Pu’er is rich in anti-inflammation properties. Regular drinking aids in weight loss, promotes the lowering of bad cholesterol and reduction of blood sugar levels.

Recommended Use:

Amount: 3g of tea leaves per person. 5g for sharing a teapot with 3-4 persons.

Water temperature: 100 degree Celsius.

Steps:

1. Rinse tea (recommended to compressed tea).Pour boiling water into the teapot, steep for 5 seconds and discard the water. This is to ‘wake’ the tea up.


2. Start the first brew. Steep for 1 minute.


3. Increase the steeping time for subsequent infusions.


4. Can be reinfused multiple times.
