We adhere to traditional manual processing techniques, including peeling, cutting, and natural drying, to ensure the preservation of Poria cocos\' most authentic light white color.
- Each piece of Poria cocos is evenly sized, compact in texture, and has a sulfur free pungent sensation. After stewing, the Poria cocos pieces absorb the soup and make it sweet to eat
- Chew with a slight elasticity, sticky but not greasy. After soaking, the soup has a clear color, and when cooking, the mushrooms blend with the ingredients. The soup is mellow and not turbid, showcasing its high-quality essence.
- Multiple ways of consumption, easily integrated into daily life Poria cocos tea: Poria cocos chunks, astragalus membranaceus, and tangerine peel. Bring to a boil with water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. The soup has a slightly yellow and translucent color, and is refreshing and sweet in the mouth. - Poria Congee: poria lumps are boiled with rice, red dates, medlar and a small amount of rock sugar are added. Congee is thick, soft and smooth, with a faint mushroom fragrance in the sweet smell. It is suitable for breakfast or before sleep.
