How to brew:Take 5-7 g of tea leaves in a gaiwan (covered tea pot).First pour: pour about 150-200 ml of boiling water (100°C), then quickly pour out to moisturize the tea.Second pour: brew for 15-30 seconds.For a stronger taste, you can extend the brew time another 10-20 seconds. You can brew multiple times.

Note: The ratio of tea to water is about 1:50. Using 3-6 g gives a milder taste; 6-9 g is stronger. Adjust the amount of tea and brewing time according to personal preference. White Peony is resistant to brewing, and the tea water is especially fragrant after repeated brewing.
