Brewing Guide

Recommended Method: Gaiwan brewing

Tea to Water Ratio: 6g : 120ml

Water Temperature: 90°C

Steps:

1. 
   Warm the vessel: Fill 1/3 with hot water, swirl, and discard.


2. 
   Wake the tea: Add tea, pour water, immediately discard rinse.


3. 
   Infuse: Pour water along the wall, steep 3s (1st–3rd), then gradually extend.


4. 
   Sip: Pour into small cups, enjoy in slow sips.
