• Premium Okumidori Matcha: Our premium single-cultivar Okumidori matcha is sourced from a tea farmer in Kagoshima, Japan. \"Okumidori,\" meaning \"Deep Green\" in Japanese, is named for its rich, vibrant leaf color. Crafted using authentic Tencha Ro to preserve its natural flavor and aroma, it is then stone-ground into a fine powder for a smooth, rich taste.


• Rich Flavor with Roasted note: The late first harvest and shading enhance the chlorophyll content and L-theanine levels, resulting in a vibrant green color and a pronounced umami flavor, balanced sweetness, and low bitterness, with a roasted nuance that adds depth and richness.


• Versatility for Use: Perfect for Usucha and Koicha in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, yet ideal for daily enjoyment. This versatile matcha works wonderfully in matcha lattes, desserts, smoothies, and more, suitable for both hot and cold beverages.
