Detailed information on Keemun Hao Ya \"A\" - Wholesale option

Flavors of sherry and smoke combine in a wonderfully bold, smooth tea, with a light rose finish.

This Hao Ya \"A\" Grade Keemun has all the classic flavors you would expect from the finest Chinese black tea. It has a bright, distinct freshness. The smoky, sherry flavors combine with a roselike nose and a lightly citric finish to produce a wonderful cup. This highest grade of Keemun is known for its fine buds, which are of the finest quality. We maintain, and treasure, the best source for this wonderful tea!Keemun is produced in the Qimen County of Huanghsan Shi, in the Anhui province. It has tightly twisted small black leaves with a strong fragrant scent reminiscent of both fruit and roses. Up until the 1870s, the region only produced green teas. At that point, a failed civil servant named Yu Quianchen traveled to the Fujian province to learn their techniques for manufacturing black teas, and then returned to Anhui to apply them. His new tea was excellent, and became extremely popular on the world market.
