Just as we’ve learnedthat movement can and should be filled with pleasure, we’ve learned thatthere’s comfort in creating an environment that is warm, soothing anddelicious. Circadia was dreamed up, taste tested and brought to fruition bylocal (Woodstock, VT) friends Claire Keith of Elements Aligned and KaraDuval of Range.

Circadia is a loose-leaf herbal tea blend that can be sipped and savoredfrom your favorite ceramic vessel anytime throughout the day; from whenyour eyes first open with the greeting sun, to when they begin to fade asthe moon rises overhead. Circadia meets you where you are at, providesnourishment to various systems, grounds you in your body while givingyour mind a break, and offers a sensorial experience that caters to yourindividual needs.

Circadia is crafted with organically-grown herbs from three incredible herbfarms in Vermont (Foster Farm Botanicals, Wilson Farm, and NewfieldHerb Farm). Grown and harvested with care during the 2024 season, thisblend is potent with its intent, yet subtle in its flavor. It can be sipped on itsown, blended with honey or maple, prepared cold or hot or as a solarinfusion. Brewing time depends on your individual preferences and ritual!
