Sourced directly from the master farmer Masui-san in Kawane, Shizuoka a legendary tea farming region of Japan near Mount Fuji surroudned with mountains, rich soil, clean water and clean air.
A small family farm that has never been touched with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers for over 50 years.

Very sweet roasted wheat with a healthy balance of catachins . Great pairing with sweets. Full of antioxidants to keep away old and novel diseases and detox your body.
Brewing instructions
•4-6g of dry tea leaves
•176F (80C)
•4oz(120ml) of water
•30-40 seconds
*Cold brew
8-10g of leaf in a glass container
add 12oz (350ml)of cold water
place in refrigeration away from anything with odors for 4-6hrs
use strainer and pour out liquor and enjoy!
