How to Order + Customize your Piece

• On the Cart page, there is a Personalization box for you to enter your info. Please let me know the name you would like on each disc (each disc fits one name/date/word only)

• .925 sterling silver (heart charm not available in gold)
  


• Discs measure 5/8\" 


• Photos illustrate the font options and examples


• Your charms will hang on a lovely cable chain with the heart charm and a freshwater pearl
  


• Choose your length when ordering (18\" or 20\").  For reference, the model is wearing 18\"


• I cannot stamp on the back of the discs
