The Wonderful DB-3828 Dry Box with Hygrometer & HD-90C Moisture Absorber is the perfect choice for protecting your essential items. This box has a 28-litre capacity and is equipped with a re-chargeable moisture-absorbing HD-90C filter to absorb the humidity inside the box (manually operated). It features a dustproof and waterproof construction, keeping your items safe and sound.

It is injection-moulded by PP or ABS, which is not easy to break, and has a load-bearing capacity of more than 50 kg of pressure. The lid and body of the box are equipped with rubber seals, and humid air is not easy to invade. It is equipped with a balance air valve, which is easy to open.

Instructions & Application

Operation Instruction:

• 
  Step 1: Insert the power cable to the Absorber and connect the power cable to main AC power point. Red LED indicator will light up while charging.  It will take about 2-3 hours to charge and dry up the silica gels. *Do not charge the absorber over 3 hours or overnight to avoid overheating the unit.
  


• 
  Step 2: Once the silica gels changed from pink to blue colour, Unplug the power cable and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes to cool down.


• 
  Step 3: Place the Absorber into the dry box or container to absorb the moisture. *Do not place the Absorber in a closed container while charging as the unit will heat up.
  


• 
  Step 4: (Re-Charge) Repeat step 1 & 2  to re-charge the Absorber once the silicate beads become pink colour.


• 
  Step 5: Put the absorber into your dry box with your camera gear. Monitor for humidity between 45-55% and redry as necessary to maintain the humidity.

• Applications in the field of optical devices, the storage of lenses, liquid crystal glass substrates, microscopes, etc., and the best storage humidity of 20-50% RH, which can effectively prevent mould from growing on precision optical devices.


• Storage of digital media, the storage of video equipment, microfilm, CD, hard disk, record, etc. The best storage humidity of 30-40%RH can protect data, audio, video media, and more from moisture damage.


• Application in the field of collectibles, it can be used for storing antiques, cultural relics, ancient books, ancient musical instruments, etc. The storage humidity of 40-60% RH, helps maintain the optimum humidity level, the collection will not be oxidized and mildewed.


• Home application, the storage of cameras, watches, pearls, stamps, photo albums, documents, food materials, high-end bags, clothing, etc. The best storage humidity is 30-50%RH.
