2025 Mort Künstler Collectible OrnamentWashington\'s CrossingWe proudly introduce the Timber Ridge School 29th edition Mort Künstler Collectible Ornament for 2025 titled Washington\'s Crossing.
Celebrate America\'s 250th Anniversary with this classic ornament!
Historical InformationIn December 1776, Washington\'s army teetered on collapse. On Christmas night, he led 2,400 weary soldiers across the ice-choked Delaware River during a fierce storm. Many marched barefoot, yet followed their commander\'s example as he boarded a flatboat and urged them on. At dawn on December 26, the Continental Army struck Trenton, swiftly capturing the German garrison. The stunning victory revived American hopes and convinced many soldiers to remain past their enlistments. Against desperate odds, Washington\'s daring gamble reshaped the course of the Revolution.About Mort KünstlerKnown for his meticulous research, artist Mort Künstler studied uniforms, weapons, landscapes and weather reports to ensure historical accuracy in every canvas. His art is celebrated not only for its detail but also for its storytelling power, capturing the human courage, sacrifice, and determination behind pivotal events.
