This tutu set is made for toddlers. Sizes available for this style range from 0 months to 5 years old. To choose a set please view the options after selecting the size. This set is handmade from scratch. The shirts and onesies are sometimes hand made or factory made. Graphics and bedazzles on shirt are put on by hand. 

The tutu has a stretchy waistband from inserted elastic as well as the anklets which go perfect over socks or can be worn on wrists. The shirt/onesie is semi stretchy and very flexible  and easy to put on babies and toddlers. hair bow is durable and has an alligator clip for easy use.
