Detailed information on Prep/Bond + Base + Activator + Top Coat

Includes: 1 – 15ml of Prep/Bond, Base Coat, Activator and Top Coat for dip liquids.

Working one finger at a time, apply a layer of Base to clean and dry nails. While the basecoat is still wet, dip nail into dip powder. Repeat until you get your desired color.

Apply activator coat after base and color coats are applied. Work on one nail at a time for best results. Allow to fully dry before buffing and shaping.

Step 1: Primes and dehydrates for maximum lasting effects.

Step 2: A base coat is used to adhere the powder to the nails.
