Petromax Poultry Roaster (Cast Iron)

 

A chicken, a quail or a small duck will be prepared quite easily with the Poultry Roaster cf30. Placed on the cast-iron roaster, the poultry will be evenly juicily cooked thanks to optimal heat distribution. While the meat is sizzling in the oven or on the grill, surplus fat and meat juices will flow into the drip pan. The poultry will thus gain a delicious and crusty skin outside and thanks to the hole filled with spices, herbs and stock also the right flavour inside. The valuable properties of the material, as well as the pre-seasoned surface (seasoned finish) together with the natural non-stick effect, round off the easy use of the cast-iron roaster.
