The Pyrolux Pyrostone saucepan will become your go-to pot in any kitchen worth its salt because not only is it non-stick and sturdy, but it also comes with a tempered glass lid offering a clear view of your cooking without having to release any valuable steam. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, the granite-like cooking surface is designed to take the rigours of everyday use whilst the 4.5mm thick base has an 18/0 stainless steel induction core for even heating with no hot spots. Dishwasher friendly (although hand washing is recommended) and safe for use in the oven up to 180C, this is the pot for all seasons.
