HOT ! Vintage Art Deco Cultured Saltwater Pearl Necklace

Luminously pretty, a classic Mid Century graduated Cultured Japanese Akoya Pearl necklace which has been freshly knotted between each bead by our skilled rethreader. Each of these little beauties is a labour of love and would have taken a year or so to grow, being laboriously turned every so often to ensure a smooth sphere; and then been carefully polished, drilled and graded before being transformed into this delightful necklace. The pale creamy/pink Pearls finely graduate in size from 5mm to 9mm, and the strand closes with the original Art Deco style Silver fish tongue clasp. 

Forever a favourite, Pearls have the quality of lighting up the complexion to beautiful effect and a necklace such as this really elevates any outfit.

Metal: the clasp is of Silver and set with small faceted Paste \'gems\' in imitation of Diamonds
