The Arnold Circus Stool in Khaki is a modern design classic — understated, functional, and quietly architectural. Designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project for Arnold Circus in Shoreditch, London, the stool has become an enduring symbol of contemporary public design.

This version is made under licence in New Zealand, crafted from 100% recyclable polyethylene plastic using rotational moulding. Our mould features a slightly more generous seat than the original UK version, offering added comfort while maintaining the integrity of Gamper’s original form. Minor surface variations may occur — a natural result of the moulding process and part of the stool’s individual character.

Finished in Khaki, a grounded, utilitarian tone inspired by nature and workwear, this colour sits beautifully within both contemporary and classic interiors. Lightweight yet robust, the Arnold Circus Stool works effortlessly as extra seating, a side table, or a flexible accent indoors or out — perfect for entertaining, shared spaces, and everyday living.
