HILL TRIBE SILVER beads & pendants are made by the Karen Hill Tribe silversmiths in Northern Thailand using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. Purchasing these Hill Tribe Silver beads to use in my own jewelry helps to sustain a traditional craft & provides the Karen people with a reliable source of income. The silver content is typically 95-99% pure silver, even higher than sterling silver (92.5%).
