Three seeds, three fruits, two nuts, a little bit of oats. All held together with almond butter and Medjool dates. Trail mix, but better.

When we say Patterbars are just food, we actually mean it. Every single ingredient in our bar is 100% pure food. You will never find fillers, binders, preservatives, sweeteners, or \"natural flavors\" in our bars. There is nothing processed and no ingredient is chemically altered from its natural state. We believe that things like sunflower lecithin and tapioca starch don\'t belong in a truly whole food bar. They aren\'t whole food. We do believe that date paste, fruits, and nuts belong. Just as nature intended, with all the benefits of whole food intact.
