Built from corrosion-resistant steel, the frame and blades won’t warp or rattle during operation. Heavy duty, automatic aluminum shutters with reinforced corners open fully during use, maximizing airflow for best heat and humidity reduction. The rounded guard design prevents excessive vibration by adding rigidity to the assembly.

The TEAO (Totally Enclosed Air Over) motor is protected from moisture and dust ensuring many years of reliable, low-maintenance operation.

Easy Installation

The Hessaire 20-inch exhaust fan comes fully assembled and pre-wired with a 9-foot grounded 115 volt power cord. This fan requires a 20.5 x 20.5 inch rough-in opening and secure mounting hardware.

**Requires an eight-amp variable speed controller to adjust the fan speed. Variable speed controllers must be installed by a certified electrician.
