The Scanpan Impact Sauce Pan features a stunning two-tone 18/10 stainless steel design with an aluminum plate at the bottom to provide optimal heat distribution. The Impact line from Scanpan truly allows you to have beautiful cookware that performs at the highest level!
The sauce pan is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handle is designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The saucepan comes with a beautiful glass lid and features convenient measurement markers on the inside. It features a rim that was designed for easy pouring without dripping all over the place.
The Scanpan Impact sauce pan has a diameter of 18 cm / 7 inches and a capacity of 2.5 L / 2.7 quarts. The sauce pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The sauce pan is proudly made in Denmark.
