This Jam Pan is designed with 100% copper. Durability - Copper pans are designed to be highly durable, although it can be scratched easily. Take special care when handling it when cooking.

Suitability - This pan is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It is NOT suitable for induction hobs.  The pan can be used in an oven.  It is not safe to be washed in a dishwasher and should be cleaned by hand.
