First is the Quick Boil, which brings your water to a specified temperature with the push of a button. Second is the WARM mode, where your kettle will heat your water to a specified temperature and keep it there for 30 minutes. Third is the Quick Boil and WARM Combo, where the kettle will first bring your water to a boil, for purification, before returning it to a selected temperature for 30 minutes.
