  Cooking TechniquePreheat over medium heat 2–3 minutes. Water droplet test: when drops bead and roll, add oil, then food. Don\'t move proteins too soon — they release naturally once a crust forms.

  CleaningWarm water + soft sponge for daily use. For stuck-on food, simmer water in the pan and scrape gently. Bar Keeper\'s Friend removes discoloration instantly.
