Casteline Stainless steel woks with domed glass lid are made in stainless steel with a shiny finish in 3-Ply, stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel, from the Casteline detachable collection. The three layers of stainless steel 18/10, aluminum, stainless steel, Casteline woks, allow an integral diffusion of heat throughout the body of the cooking utensil.
Cooking with a wok requires high temperatures to preserve food colors, flavors and nutritional qualities. The Casteline woks perfectly meet the requirements of this fast and healthy cuisine.
The flared shape of the wok makes it possible to heat the food evenly with little fat. The multi-layer design of CRISTEL® woks further enhances these wok-specific qualities.
Available with non-stick coating. Casteline cookware, is made of stainless steel 18/10, preserves the taste of your food and is easy to clean after cooking.
