Dramatic and rare set of six garden dining armchairs designed by Richard Frinier for Century Furniture early 21st century. Crafted from heavy wrought aluminum featuring a stylish Chinese Chippendale faux bamboo frame in a bronzed finish. The thick frames have a round back with an open fretwork design and a seat having a geometric lattice design. The frames are heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The seats have newly upholstered cushions in all weather Sunbrella fabric with decorative tassel tie backs. The chairs are supported by straight legs conjoined by x form stretchers. The frames have a rich, patinated bronze finish. Sold as a set of six chairs. The chair design is known as the Orient collection circa 2006. Richard Frinier also designed garden furniture for Brown Jordan.
