This is a DKX chair, originally designed by Ray and Chalres Eames in 1951. This particular example was produced by Herman Miller in the USA in the 1950s. The chair is comprised of a steel wire seat in white atop a black steel X-base. DKX is an acronym for Dining Height K-Wire Chair on X-Base.
The chair measures 21 inches deep, 19 inches wide, and 32.375 inches high with a seat height of 19 inches. Overall, it is in very good to excellent condition with expected wear from use. Please see photos.
