This is a DSW Chair, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1950. This particular example was produced in the United States in 2018. The chair features a black molded plastic shell paired with a solid wood dowel base and black powder-coated steel cross supports. DSW is an acronym for Dining Height Side Chair Wood Base.
The listed price includes all four chairs to be sold together as a set.
The chair measures 22 inches deep, 18.5 inches wide, and 31.25 inches high, with a seat height of 17.5 inches. The plastic shell and wood base show minimal wear from light use and overall are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
