HOT ! Energy Fitness Studio & FFTFJ: Yoga, Breakfast, & Cleanse (Saturday: Jan 17, 2026)

Fresh From The Farm Juices is so excited to partner with Energy Fitness Studio in hosting Yoga & Breakfast at our sacred space in McMurray.  Energy will start with a yoga class at 7 am at FFTFJ, and will be followed by a very special breakfast.

In addition, we\'ll be offering all Energy Fitness clients a very special New Year\'s cleanse.  In addition to all our hallmark cold-pressed juices and shots that normally come with a cleanse, we\'ll also be offering all participants a free, hearty, home-made soup each day of the cleanse.

For those people that decide to do the cleanse, breakfast will be free.

Backstory: For more than 14 years our custom, cold-press juices have been a Pittsburgh staple.  From our humble beginnings in the South Side to our flagship store in the South Hills, our commitment to organic, cold-pressed juices has never waivered.  Everything is still juiced daily with only the freshest, organic ingredients.  Blessing!!!

Progression:  We want to give and complete our offering even further.  Thus, we\'re going to fill those cravings one feels while on a cleanse - by offering a hearty, home-made soup each day of the cleanse.  Expect your tastebuds to explode, while fulfilling your macros.

The program works in 2 simple ways:

• Juice Cleanse for 2, 3, 4, or 6 days (alternate day options also available)


• Receive daily soups plus cleanse-breaking juices

Juice Cleanse: Our cleanses are nutrient and vitamin-rich, as more than 3-4 pounds of organic produce goes into each bottle.  Each day, 6 organic juices and 2 freshly pressed shots aim to purify and invigorate the body naturally.

Soup: Home-made with the same organic ingredients we use for our juices.  These will be the perfect complement to our daily volume of juices and shots.
