General Hair Extensions Care:

When combing your hair extensions always use a wide tooth comb. Begin at the ends and gently work your way upwards. Comb in smaller sections and gradually remove any tangle ensuring not to pull on the hair.Dilute 1oz of shampoo in to a bowl of lukewarm water. Do not use a rubbing or circular motion when shampooing your hair as this can cause the hair to tangle. Gently sponge the shampoo into the hair and rinse thoroughly ensuring that you have rinsed away any excess shampoo.Apply conditioning cream and rinse away with lukewarm water. Make a final rinse in cold water.With a towel, pat dry the hair. Please do not use any vigorous rubbing motions.Apply a leave in treatment and gently comb through with fingers or a wide tooth comb. For best results allow your hair to dry naturally.If blow drying split the hair into sections and dry using a low heat setting ensuring to be very careful when brushing and not to use excessive force.

For hygiene purposes your guarantee is void if you wear the hair. Please do not remove these Pure collection clip in hair extensions from the backing card. If you remove the gold or silver security bands which secure the hair to the backing card we will assume that you have worn the hair and your guarantee will be void and you will not be able to return the hair for a colour swap or refund. Please note that you can slide the hair (whilst secured to the backing card) out of the packaging from the top to check the colour and quality of the hair.
