The skin-renewing Resurfacing Glow Toner contains 6% glycolic acid and 2% niacinamide and acts as a chemical peel. Visibly improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, large pores and uneven skin tone for radiant, clear and smooth skin. The toner also effectively reduces sebum production and fights blemishes. Allantoin, Chamomile and Provitamin B5 help soothe skin while Hyaluronic Acid plumps and moisturizes. For all skin types. pH 3.5.
