Apply a small amount of body butter on hands. Use slight pressure, moving thumbs in circular motions through your palms & back of hands.

Use your hands to sweep along your arms, from your wrist to your shoulders. Continue to chest & abdomen, using light pressure. Massage your legs, using upward strokes, starting on your ankles up to your thighs, always towards your heart to increase circulation.
