Exclusive to The Wool Company, this plush, ultra-soft dyed Merino sheepskin rug in rich cobalt blue is wonderfully luxurious and versatile.
Whether draped over a chair or sofa, laid across a bed or floor, or enjoyed as a cosy nap spot by a furry friend, these throws bring comfort and fabulous style to any interior.
Sourced from North American Merino crossbreeds, they are extra large, covering roughly twice the area of a standard sheepskin. The fleece has been expertly shorn to a practical 25mm, making it beautifully low-maintenance.

These sumptuous merino sheepskins are surprisingly easy to care for. Usually a good shake and a brush with our Luxury Sheepskin Brush is all that\'s required to keep them looking gorgeous.
Spot cleaning is recommended. If necessary, they can be machine-washed with care at up to 30°C on a wool cycle, using a wool-safe detergent.
Allow to dry naturally. Machine washing may alter the finish slightly, as the polished (ironed) surface gives these sheepskins their silky softness.
As with all dyed sheepskins, some colour change may occur after washing.
They can also be professionally cleaned.
These sheepskins are sourced by Merino sheep crossbreeds from North America.
They have been tanned, dyed and hand-finished in the UK by Britain\'s last remaining traditional sheepskin tannery which has been using the same methods and on the same site for over 120 years.
