How-to Use 

After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1.  

Use a minimum of 2-3 bottles before progressing to your next level (2) of the Vitamin A step-up system. 

Use both morning and evening.
